Pretty simple first round interview, was called by a recruiter who did a general meet and greet followed by a few general marketing questions about my experience in the field.

What sort of experience do you have with marketing in the past and how could you apply that here?
Three-stage interview. First stage - self recorded interview, 1 minute per question and 30 second to prepare. Second stage - interview with hiring manager, member or HR department and a previous employee. Third stage - assessment centre offline in London HQ or possibly online.

Interview
Submitted CV online then invited to a online written interview followed by online recorded interview and then an assessment centre in London. Long process with many stages taking around 4 months.
After completing the hirevue video interview, I had a laid back interview with my now-manager and was given an offer a week later that I accepted. Not a bad process at all!
