I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Warner Bros. Discovery (Bengaluru) in Mar 2025
Interview
1. Inefficient Process: After clearing the coding round, I was scheduled for three additional rounds. Instead of conducting them based on performance progression, all were scheduled upfront, consuming a significant amount of time.
2. Lack of Transparency: After completing all rounds, there was complete silence from the company. I had to follow up to get a response, only to be informed that I wasn’t selected.
3. Wasted Time for Both Sides: The company could have conducted interviews in a phased manner, providing timely feedback rather than making candidates go through all rounds only to reject them later.

Interview
I do not question the interview; it is their way of doing things, but the feedback was neither constructive nor open. The Talent Acquisitions team got back to me and reached out to TA to give more details. The hiring team is not organized because they could not set a time for weeks, even though I provided several options. They do not have modern tools to help schedule interviews.

Interview
The interview process felt disorganized, with rounds happening in an unusual order — it started with an initial discussion with a senior manager, followed by an operational excellence round, then system design, and finally the coding round.
