The interview process was painless and moved along quickly, however nowhere in the job description was it stated that the position was a one-year contract. I wasn't told until the final interview. Additionally, the recruiter would ask for my availability for an interview or call, then not schedule anything until after the availability window passed. I found I was having to follow up to keep the process moving along despite the team members saying they needed the position to be filled as quickly as possible.
