You'll get an email stating that you've been selected to go further and asked to do a video interview, with about a 1:30 min to answer each question.
Then if they like your video interview, you proceed to a phone or Skype interview.
That's it. Pretty Simple.
Both interviews asked the usual questions about yourself and past background jobs.
For the assessment centre there was a variety of team exercises. For example watching a trailer and suggesting ways to market and then had a drawing exercise based on a partner's description of an image. Finally had an interview with a hiring manager.

very sensible timeframe between stages, although the assesment center left something to be desired. took them quite a while to reimburse travel costs.
