Process was engaging, honest and felt like a very good alignment. I was explained the role, talked about various scenarios on how the role would be and then we got into the nuts and bolts of the team

Interview process stared out with "get to know you" phone prescreen. Moved into a Zoom interview with area (pre District Manger.) Process was as expected. At area interview was that on of two regionals would reach out to me. That did not happen within the time frame I was given, I contacted the area manager again. I was the they were planning to email me and were looking to hire another candidate.

Two different interviews, both over a zoom call. Easy scheduling system and really great communication. Was kept in the loop during the process and I never had any unasnwered questions.
