The process involved initial screening which consisted of written questions related to digital marketing, then an interview and then a 2-day trial in the office. The trial was challenging but the decision was made quickly after the trial.

There were two rounds of interview. The first was a 30 minute 'get to know you' with the CRO of the company.
If you get past that, then as they claim on their website, they invite you for a 'paid' workday in their office and ask you complete lengthy and subjective skill assessment tasks throughout the day which were a total waste of time and depicts that they do not trust the potential employee.
Also, they ghost you after the 'paid work day' and never reached out for any payment for the 'paid' work day.
