So kind and open, great experience and teams. Really helpful and open for you to move around and upwards, get to know you as a person as well as your experience. I really enjoyed my interview with wandle.
The interview process involved:
1. First-Round Interview: I was invited for an in-person interview with a hiring manager or a member of the customer service team.
Behavioral questions and situational scenarios were asked to assess my suitability.
2. Assessments and Tests: I was asked to complete assessments and tests related to customer service skills, computer literacy, situational judgment, or personality assessments.

Interview
Interview was virtual - Via Teams and they where 3 people. Questions asked were related to previous situations and some behaviours/skills. They asked me about Wandle as organisation and how I deal with customers.
