The interview process was actually very casual as I knew and had sat at the same table with the main interviewer for many seminars. He basically explained that they were working on a large project and that they hadn't quite decided how best to attack it yet. He noted that I had a reputation for having very good lease drafting and negotiation skills and we talked about some of the deals I had done, including whether some of those deals had involved building out the space and/or tailoring it to the tenant's needs. He introduced me to one of the younger attorneys on his team and that attorney and I talked for a bit while he tended to some other matters. Then he returned and the other attorney left and we continued our conversation
