I had two interviews. The first with the lead manager then the second with the store owner. Both were 1-1 in person interviews. They are quick and short. They also don't ask you any difficult behavioral questions (like what would you do if the customer did this) and they even hire people who have never had a job before. Just be calm, love disney, show your excited to work there, show that you are fine talking with people and say that your willing to learn anything that you don't know. IF you get a difficult behavioral question (you won't) and you don't know the answer... just say "It'd call a manager" thats the best thing you can do when you don't know what to do.
