First you fill out an application online. Then you take a web based interview where they ask you personality questions to see if you will be a good fit for the company. It is easy to just answer the way you think they would want you to answer. Then you will get an email to sign up for a phone interview. The phone interview is about 20 minutes long and they will ask you want your role preferences are and a couple of situational based questions.

I had to fill out the Application, and in the application, I had to choose which roles I was most excited for. Then after the system read my application, I was sent to a 20 min interview!
