Interview started with a portfolio review going over design process, research and outcomes before being asked several questions about why Disney and the role. They also explained the role in great detail.

Interview
There was no face to face interview or recorded interview process. I firstly filled out the application form, then did three tests of personality, comprehension and visual logical aspects. The comprehension test included neutral answers that will evaluate your judgements.

Interview
For me I got lucky I met a SVP at a friends wedding, we talked and he gave me his business card. A few months later I emailed the gentleman about an internship they created one based on my previous skills. I had one phone interview with the HR rep over the interns. I still had to apply online.
