Interview
Not too extensive. Initial online application and was asked to record videos for the second round. I was then invited for an online interview. Three weeks later I was invited to join the cast members.
first interview was difficult with questions about troubleshooting, the ticketing process , various questions you would never think would be asked
second interview was the same with multiple people and questions you would not expect
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Anaheim, CA)
Interview
It was a group interview. That made it more comfortable. They were very nice and really wanted to know what kind of person I was, not so much on my skills.
