first you do a online test.then you get a phone call or email depending what is your preference. the final process is to go personal and have a face to face interview
Very easy, a few questions of temp and different cuts of meats. Also different type of herbs and spices that I would use in a dish or like what's your favorite cuisine.

Interview
The interview included a test of basic culinary knowledge, understanding of seasonality, and a "mystery basket" challenge in which they presented you with several items and you described how you would cook them.
