HR contacted me over the phone and asked what my salary expectation was, once I told them they scheduled an interview for the next day. The HR analyst was very nice and I had to take an english test A couple of days after that interview I was contacted for another interview, with the area Director. Two weeks later I was interviewed by the HR Director, and one week later by the person who left the position vacant. After that four interviews, which took around a month, I heard nothing from them. I called HR two weeks later and then two weeks after that and the response I got was "I have no update, the area hasn't said anything". I contacted the area director a week later and she told me they needed a triad and one candidate was lost, so they were looking for the replacement. I called her again two weeks after with no response, and called her every week with no answer, I left a couple of messages and she never called back. After a month and a half with no response from the area director I called HR and she told me there was no update. Two weeks later I got a generic email saying my experience didn't match what they were looking for....if so, how come they made me go to four interviews! This made no sense, and particularly them not giving me an honest answer after four months! Be prepared to wait forever and be avoided when you want an update.
