Once you submit your resume online you wait to hear if they want to schedule an interview with you. Once you get the interview scheduled it's a panel of 3-5 people asking various questions.

Interview
I applied for the college program, so my interview process was only through a call. The interviewer asked me why i was interested in the program and asked me scenario based questions that gauge how I would interact with guests and/or managers/co-workers. They then asked me what my top role was out of the options listed on their website and they ended up putting me through to my top choice at costuming.

If you were working at a resort or one of the hotels, and you see spilled water on the floor, what would you do and how would you go about fixing the issue?
Interview was very easy and pleasant. Just be upbeat and smile. They ask about yourself to get a feel if where you will be best placed. They may offer you a different position but don’t feel that you have to take that one. Go with the position you feel is best for you.
