you arrive at the casting center and walk up till you get to the people in charge of your application they are very nice to you. you then have to wait at the lobby till the interview managers call your name they are very nice and the interview goes by quick and easy

Applied online, then continued the process with an online questionnaire, and finally an in-person or over the phone interview. I chose in person down at the Disney Casting Center. The questions were not overly difficult, and the interview lasted roughly 45 minutes.

Online app, then assessment, phone interview, still going threw the process, its been a few weeks its a lot of waiting for appointments and waiting for call backs. The assessment was mostly work ethics which you should answer honestly . The same questions is asked in multiple times in different ways

Usual HR shifter phone interview followed by a 1:1 interview. First 1:1 interview wasn't with the people they had specified, which did through me off. 2nd interview was a presentation based. This involved a powerpoint presentation that you jad to talk theough. I was told at the end that i didn't get the role, one of the main reasons was because i have no military background.
