Walnut Valley USD interview questions

Principal called me in for a 'private screening" interview. It was just me and him in the office. He ask a lot of personal questions which I think are off limits. He asked if I was married and IF I kids. I was from Long Beach, so maybe he was hoping to meet a man on the DL like him? I DON'T KNOW. IT WAS A VERY ODD INTERVIEW.

Pretty long... 3 step process. Exam, aide interview, coordinators interview... There were a lot of applicants, so it felt very overwhelming. No group interviews, no teachers interviewed us. Seemed organized at the beginning. You have to get through the exams, then group panel, then coordinators.
