Interview
Tech lead interview asked past experience related to Frontend/ Node.js backend/ Testing and some open-minded questions, the whole process lasted about an hour, pure technical questions no behavior questions were involved.
It starts with some basic Java/Springboot/Kafka (producer and consumer etc.) questions, and then use Google docs to write 3 Leetcode questions(Easy to Medium) about String and HashMaps. Took around 40 mins.

I passed all the interviews only to be told at the end that they didn't have the budget. It took about 2 months. It was probably delayed because of budgeting issues.
