I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Wallace Design Collective (Tulsa, OK) in Aug 2024
Interview
Pretty vague. Basic interview questions. (ie tell me about your story, how would you describe yourself, what interests you in Wallace Design Collective, etc.) They offered an opportunity for questions at the end of the interview.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wallace Design Collective (Tulsa, OK) in Oct 2020
Interview
Went through 3 rounds of interviews which started with some of the PM's, then with the CEO and a few principals from various offices, finally a lunch with the Principal of the local office. All in the process took about 4 weeks.

Question 1
What are some projects you work on that went well? And some projects that went badly? How did you handle that? What material types have you worked with? What software are you familiar with? How do you deal with difficult clients? How many employees have you managed?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Wallace Design Collective in Jun 2021
Interview
The interview was your stand run-of-the-mill interview. I discussed my work experience and what i would bring into the firm - which is quite a bit. They clearly bragged about how they were overworking their employees. They kept claiming they needed manpower.
The interview went completely off the rails when I was asked by the owner whether I would work as a contract employee instead of the full time position they advertised. It sounds like the firm has some money problems. So much for claiming to be the Best Firm to Work For. That is as real as the moon having green cheese.
