I applied online. I interviewed at Wall Street Journal
Interview
After two rounds of interviews, I was completely ghosted. I followed up and they did not respond. Unprofessional. I mean how hard is it to just respond and say you're not interested?

Question 1
They asked questions relating to the candidate experience that I provide at my current employer - very ironic considering they ghosted me.
Very rigid and they said there were 7 other interviews before a decision is made on who they would hire. Not sure its a very good use of time apply here unless you're really interested in the company and love work with startups.
I applied online. I interviewed at Wall Street Journal (New York, NY) in Dec 2024
Interview
The interview process was very elongated for this role. The HR manager reached out to me for the Hirevue, and then 3 weeks later I got offered a first round of interviews with the Digital coordinators, and then 2 weeks after that, I did a final around with 3 photo recruiters. I was not selected after the final round which is ok!

Question 1
"Describe your workflow"
"Talk about an article you like from WSJ and why"
"Describe your experience working for your student newspaper so far"
"What does ethical journalism mean to you?" - this was the hardest question which I proceeded to not know the answer.
