Basic motivational interview + English test (I had to use a laptop. There were many grammatical exercises, a few short listening, and an even shorter speaking part. I think they used AI to correct it).

The probing nature of the interview left me feeling uneasy, as the focus on personal details seemed excessive. Despite this discomfort, I did my best to navigate the questions and highlight my relevant skills and experience for the position.

The people are friendly and helpful, you have to pass a computer-based English test which was mostly in reading and listening skills. The questions are about your willingness, experience, and preparation for the jobs. Then you should be able to conduct a teaching demo. In the end, employers can inform you about the benefits and obligations regarding the job.
