Virtual interview. Quick, 5 questions customer service based questions. Overall easy and fast paced. Understanding the point of the company, prescribing doctors and medication refills. Insurance and payment methods for medication specialty departments
the interview was very to the point & thorough. they asked basic interview questions like where are you from, where did you last work, why do you want this job, etcetera.

Interview
Interview process was basic and straight forward. If you've done customer service before you will be ok. Come dress professional. Be ready to ask questions to find out more about what the actual roles task. Also try to negotiate your hourly wage though you may not get it doesn't hurt to ask. Do some research about the role and company to show your interest.
