I received a call from the recruiter at Walgreens corporate at the scheduled time for my phone interview. The recruiter introduced themselves and we exchanged some pleasantries before getting started. The questions that the recruiter asked me were mostly about my background, skills, and qualifications, as well as my interest in the company and the position. The questions were straightforward and easy to answer, and I was able to provide specific examples from my previous work experience to demonstrate my skills and qualifications. The recruiter was friendly and engaging throughout the conversation, and seemed genuinely interested in learning more about me and my experience. They also provided some information about the company culture and the responsibilities of the position. Overall, the phone interview lasted about 20-30 minutes, and it felt more like a casual conversation than a formal interview. The recruiter was easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable throughout the call. That being said there was very little direct discussion about the position etc.
