I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Walgreens
Interview
Process is pretty straight forward, but mostly done online. Expect your basic questions on the application and quiz process. The store I interviewed at I actually applied for twice. The first time they hired someone else who came dressed for the interview in sweatpants, t-shirt, and flip-flops. But, dress nice...it's the right thing to do
I went in for just the basic position hoping for Pharmacy Technician eventually since that's what I was actually going to school for and I did apply for my state license and get it, finish school, but they never seemed to have any hours open in the Pharmacy even after they trained me on there computer based learning system. Before I quit, which was the last thing I could take, they hired 2 people for Pharmacy and paid for their licenses....with me standing up front ready to go school and all..
They took me to the office to ask why I was interested in the job and my qualifications. It was very short and was only about 6 questions. I was in high school at the time so they did ask about my studies and work time balance.
The Walgreens interview process was really easy—quick questions, relaxed vibe, and they mostly focused on availability and customer service. It didn’t feel stressful at all. it was over the phone as well
All they did was ask for my availability and where I see myself in the next 5 years. I received an offer the very same day, and started working the very next week.
