I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Walgreens in Feb 2018
Interview
Automated video interview, phone screen by recruiter, phone screen by manager, followed by two hour interview by manager. Process took a month and received an automatic rejection e-mail. Manager said I was very qualified and perfect fit for job, but warned I would not grow because he did not want to leave his position so I would be stuck in mine.

Great but intense process… this was years ago but I still remember having to present during the interview as well as complete the behavioral questions The facilitation portion took me the longest to prepare

Interview
It was zoom interview. The interview lasted about 40 minutes and they asked me behavioral questions. I used the STAR (situation, task, action, result) method to answer questions.
Make sure to have tons of examples of your HR duties, they will be looking for that.
