Easy, they just give you questions every workplace gives you and a simple test. Just envision you are in the shoes of a customer service representative and you'll be fine.
It was a Nightmare. Manager interviewing me had already decided she wasn’t going to hire me because I had spoken to upper management about her lack of customer service skills.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Walgreens (Dallas, TX) in Dec 2014
Interview
Filled out an online application. A few days later I was called for an interview. During the interview I had to take a skills assessment, nothing too complicated just following directions and basic math. The interview questions were standard. After the interview I was given a piece of paper for a drug test. She never said "we want to hire you" I had to ask if this meant I was hired. She said yes.
