Interview process was standard. No big issues with it. Overall seemed fair and interviewers were open and mostly inviting. They allowed space for additional questions which was good and helpful for me.

Prior knowledge of eating disorders? And wanting to know why enter the field of eating disorders.
it was a 10 minute phone screen interview. the recruiter asked about experience with adolescents, salary expectations, why you are interested in this role. overall, it was quick and easy.

2 interviews, 1 interview with HR for prescreening over call. Another interview with the location supervisor. General questions about experience and a lot of information on the job role. Not A very technical interview, mostly behavior questions and based on your experience in the field.
