Hiring was a smooth process. Jobs are listed on wcpss.net with direct contact information for each job. I interviewed directly with principal, assistant principal and team teachers at the school in which I was hired, which I found to be beneficial.

There is an online application that is filled out and submitted. Then I was contacted to set up a Zoom or in-person interview. At the interview, I met with a panel of interviewers consisting of members of the administration team, someone from the grade level, and reading specialists/interventionists.
