Interview
Asked me 3 questions relating to previous experience e.g. time you have worked as a team, time something has gone wrong etc.
Then, I was given a list of tasks, and I had to put them in the order I would do them, and present to the interviewer why that order.
They asked some basic questions; it was a very friendly atmosphere; the recruitment process is very straightforward; I think it takes no more than two weeks. First a telephone interview, then an interview with the managers
it was a normal customer service interview with competency and situational questions and questions about yourself and all that kind of stuff. very basic part-time job interview that anyone could get through
Completed an online assessment that was harder than it seemed and then did an in person interview with one of the managers. She was very friendly and I felt at ease.
