About multi-tasking and learning new skills in different areas of the company
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Waitrose (London, England) in Oct 2025
Interview
Simple one on one, answered 3 questions and then basic interview stuff, right to work and pay explained. Took only about 25 minutes, and got a email with a job offer an hour later.
First a brief phone call to discuss my availability for shifts and when I would want to work. After that I had an online assessment which was computer based and answers you had to click and choose out of the multiple choice. After that i then in interview. Heard back with a week after that.
It was actually straightforward and easy, there weren’t many difficult questions just the basic easy ones were asked. Then the interviewer explained about the company’s policies and fundamentals to me.
