Group interview, which included problem solving and practical scenarios. Then a one on one traditional interview which last about 15 minutes, and included questions about; team work, organisation, communication skills etc.

How would you respond if a customer wanted your opinion on what they should order
Online test multiple choice scenario questions an ranking yourself, then 2nd stage is interview and work in group to solve questions like e.g. what do you do if we don't have a certain product a customer wants

Group interview, had several people split into smaller groups which they then asked to collaborate on questions. Seemed important to be communicative, and open to the feedback of others interviewing.
