2 hour long application with different rounds of customer service questions. You must pass a round to move onto the next. Common sense questions but you may find it difficult if you haven’t worked in a highly customer service based job before. Group interview - we were given different things to read (mine was a customer review with ratings from poor to good) and as a team you must discuss what the customers have said and choose 3 key areas that need to be worked on and make an action plan e.g customer service, team communication... You have about 5 minutes to do this so make sure you speak up because the interviewer can only mark you on what you contribute. Make sure to come across as a team player (put your point across but make sure to listen and discuss what others think/say) 1 on 1 interview is 3 questions and then just personal things like how much notice you need to give & any holidays you need etc I advise to go through the questions on here and prepare answers to questions before hand so you don’t get caught off guard and have questions prepared to ask at the end of your interview because they love that!
