- Group interview in a room together, with group exercise. Putting tasks in order of importance, wanted you to work well in group, speak up, listen to others
- Individual interview, reading questions of sheet, making sure you had an appropriate answer to all of them
- Fill out form in case you are hired (hours, preferred job, uniform etc)

Good interview proccess well communicated the manager felt human as opposed to some robot interviewing me. Started with a simple phone call then in person interview where i went into the local shop.

Interview
Great. Very casual, spoke about training. Enjoyed the process. They asked about what days and times I could work, and any areas I would like to focus on and career progression.
Very tough questions at group interview station. Super friendly interviewer but intimidating group of people. Seems they favour people with higher educational backgrounds. Discontinued application at this stage in the process.
