I went in and asked, got a mini application, from there you have to call a number and are asked several questions from an automated voice thing. If you (when you, it's not hard) get a reference number, you write it and bring the mini app back. From there you get a full application.
I completed the application online and I did a phone's screen as well as a video interview. I got a call to meet with district manager i got the job a week later

Interview
The interview process was fast and easy, and I really felt like the manager was a true genuine person. They were kind and friendly and made me feel less nervous about the process.
Sit with the manager. They ask basic questions. Example: Do you have a Criminal history ?, Have you ever worked for Waffle House before ?, What were your prior jobs?
