Interview began with a 20 minutes intelligence test developed internally. Afterwards, the interview basically consisted of my background and interests. The interviewer described the job opportunity and the overall culture of the company. I got the impression that the it's a very conservative corporate culture but everybody seemed to be very humble and had very little ego.
