Interview
I had went into Waffle House on August 26, 2013 and picked up a mini application, went home filled it out, called the 866 number, wrote down my reference number, and turned in my application. I received a call on September 12, 2013 from a Waffle House manager to meet the following day. Got to my interview 20 minutes early, filled out my employment application and my background check consent. I was interviewed by the manager and the Waffle House recruiter. They said they would give me a call. Got a call from the recruiter on September 18, 2013 to meet with a manager at another location on the 19th. I got hired on the spot. Now I have to go in Sunday and talk with the manager.

Question 1
No question was hard or difficult. They mainly ask you, "Why Waffle House?" and "Have you ever worked for Waffle House?"
Easy. Basically you walk in ask if there hiring which everyone is these days. You’ll get hired on spot no interview process at all everyone is so desperate . That’s why people come and go and can’t keep good employees because the good ones are having to do everyone’s work

I waited a while to interview. very unprofessional. Interview late and then was told no positions available. Was referred to a further location. Was given other contact info to other location and never got a call back
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Waffle House in Jun 2023
Interview
Very easy going, made me feel comfortable. Questions were easy to answer, we even had a few laughs during the process. I'm glad I became an employee. Waffle House was definately a good employment option.
