Wade-Trim is a smaller firm with big projects. The interviews are with the decision makers of the firm and they are extremely knowledgeable about their markets and your path in the firm.

Who are the clients that you're comfortable working with?
Phone interview with the director then a team interview with around 4 people. The phone interview I described my experience and the team interview was just an open discussion about experience and what to expect for the position.
