I was called after filling out an online application. I went in and interviewed. The interview was one-sided. The man in charge told me about the position, its benefits, shortfalls, and that in the same day it could be the worst job you ever had, and the best. I was then dismissed with a handshake. I checked in three days later and was invited to join the team.
