1. A series of appropriate banking questions were asked. If you have banking knowledge it was normal protocol. 2. Describe a difficult employee situation, and what you did to resolve it. 3. Do you have a problem making phone solicitations.

Tell me how you handled a irate customer in the past?
I applied online and was emailed a day later for a phone screener. I was asked basic interview questions but the position pays way less(up to 10k) than its counterparts at other companies so I cut the interview short.

Interview
After you submit a resume then you wait for a call by an HR rep. The call is the first interview that only takes 5-10 minutes. The conversation is mostly just getting your information and explaining what the job expectations would be. The next step is interviewing with a manager who asks pretty simple questions just to gain what type of a person you are and if ou would be a good fit or not. Its a simple and nonstressful experience.
