      Intern Interview

      4 May 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Baltimore, MD
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at WYPR (Baltimore, MD) in Aug 2013

      Interview

The process consisted of two telephone interviews. Both were pretty relaxed, but I was definitely asked questions that required thoughtful answers. Be very familiar with the show and prepared with several story ideas to pitch. Make sure your ideas fit in with the show's scope, but try to get creative too. Have an idea or two that you would like to produce yourself as well.
