After HR round there’s an aptitude test in which you must score 80%.
Managerial round is average. You should have knowledge about your work in previous job.
They will ask to explain your current profile in detail etc, why join this company and ok with shifts etc, comfortable with shift . Where do you see yourself 5 years from now

Interviewers are keen to hire high value individuals. Great experience being interviewed by the leaders. Please be prepared and make sure you don't have unreasonable education and career gaps as they don't entertain such candidates.
