Interview
Informal teams chat. Asked about my experience, aspirations, and whether I had any questions about the role. Two interviewers, one more senior one similar level to the position I was interviewing for. They were both friendly, polite and professional.
Friendly at first but felt like they could have been more up front. Also they seemed to be very stuck up when it came to asking questions very sarcastically. If you believe someone’s not the right fit for the job cut the sarcasm and don’t invite them in the first place.

Interview
Interview process was fairly relaxed. I had two interviews on Teams. The interview began with introductions, general questions about my experience, background, why I wanted the job and a few project specific questions about what I had written in my CV.
