the initial process seemed fine the questions were pretty standard, why drives your interest in engineering etc. however they are really bad at getting back and contacting applicants, by the time i heard back I had moved on elsewhere.
Easy, applied to the position, was emailed to set up times for an interview, took an interview over a teams call, and heard back within 2 weeks of the interview. Not hard.

Interview
It was online interview of around 30 minutes. Two person interviewed me. They asked me few questions about my past job experience and what I can contribute to them. They also asked me where I see myself in 5 years from now on.
