      Electrical Engineering Interview

      12 Oct 2015
      Anonymous employee
      New York, NY
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at WSP (New York, NY) in Mar 2015

      Interview

Very laid back interview. First it was myself, a VP, and an EE. Talked to the VP for fifteen minutes about the company and my resume. Then it was one on one with the EE for about 45 minutes. We were just talking about some of my classes in college and about all of the projects I've worked on. He also drew out some of the work he was currently doing on a project and just asked me to follow along with him and ask questions if needed. Then he walked around the office with me and introduced me to a bunch of people. Took forever to hear back but I got the job. I thought it was a pretty fun interview compared to other companies I interviewed for.
