U have to apply for any related opening then HR will call you and take basic information then assign u series of tests of knowledge smart. If your score is enough to qualify then they call u for interview.
First hr calls you for interview then there will be a intro round on your interview.. Then they ask about some tools related things. If everything goes fine they will hire you..
