Interview
The online interview was very nerve wracking. However the face to face interview was very good.
I was invited to their Bristol office, where their EIA Team manager and the Office manager interviewed me. It felt more like an informal chat though.
They had a copy of my CV printed out, with notes marked on it where they wanted more clarification or wanted to explore some more.
Overall I got a good impression of the company

Great process, starts with behavioural assessment and games assessment which was relatively straight forward. Then assessment centre/interview asking basic competency and managerial questions... tell me a time when you did this....etc..
