Had to fill out alot of questions on a survey for the inital application. After afew week they sent out a series of tasks to do, which jugded our skills and how we work.

Question 1
What was our highest achievement, an example of when i had to overcome a challenge in a group setting.
It was long. Applied in November and didn't hear anything until april. Had to do an online maths/reasoning/english quiz and then a one way interview, finally then it spoke to an actual person.
quite relaxed, mainly soft questions. was with 2 seniors and seemed more interested in me as a person rather than my capability of doing the job to be honest. Technical questions were very easy
