In-person interview with myself, Hiring Manager and team member, that had 2 main components:
1. Behavioural questions
2. Presentation that I had to prepare in advance outlining project overview (scope, governance, potential impacts, etc.)

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at WSIB (Toronto, ON)
Interview
Extremely structured, "STAR" type interview. It felt very scripted on their part "Tell me about a time when..." etc. Had to check in with security and was escorted inside by an admin assistant. Very friendly overall.

STAR method: Tell me about a time when = Explain Situation, Task, Action, Result. They asked this for about 10 different situation types

Interview
HR calls you first to schedule an interview, and then HR will send you an interview invitation through email. The manager of the team interview you. When you start answering the interview questions, the managers will close their camera. Most of the interview questions are behavioral questions. About 10 questions in total.
