Starts of with standard Talent Acquisition professional phone screen. Following a successful phone screen; the process is now fairly lengthy, don't be discouraged. Interviewed by SVP of Leasing, 3 different Leasing Directors, EVP of Leasing, CEO and CIO.
Total of 8 rounds; Which is a lot, but the firm is much more tight knit group so my assumption is that they prefer to be extremely thorough. That being said from start to finish the process was 3.5 weeks.
