Pretty straight forward. Said they would reach out within a week with next steps and then ghosted me. Quite disappointing as I felt it went very well. Asked pretty generic questions, have a feeling they dont really know stay they are looking for.
The process was quick and transparent. I heard back within a short time after applying, then attending an initial interview before a second final interview. The first was with a HR member while the second involved the direct team and more industry specific questions.
After the interviews any questions I had were quickly answered by the talent team who have been great with everything!

HR plus 2 stage interview - Very transparent with extra level of care from HR. Scenario based questions along side questions around your experience with difficult situations. Great experience overall
